Synopsis:

United 93 director Paul Greengrass explores the aftermath of the Iraq invasion in this feature adaptation of author Rajiv Chandrasekaran's literary exposé of the same name. A one-time Baghdad bureau chief of the Washington Post, Chandrasekaran was present as American forces attempted to set up a provisional government on the grounds surrounding former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein's opulent palace.

The resulting governing body, according to critics, existed in a bubble so far removed from the grim realities of the Iraq War that it failed to properly assess the needs of the people. In this fictional thriller set during the U.S.-led occupation of Baghdad, director Greengrass and screenwriter Brian Helgeland use Chandrasekaran's novel as the foundation for the story of an officer who joins forces with a senior CIA officer to unearth evidence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.

Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller (Matt Damon) is certain that Hussein has been stockpiling WMDs in the Iraqi desert, but in their race from one empty site to the next, they soon stumble across evidence of an elaborate cover up. As a result, Miller realizes that operatives on both sides of the conflict are attempting to spin the story in their favor.

Now, as Miller searches for answers made ever more elusive by covert and faulty intelligence, the truth becomes the most valuable weapon of all. Will those answers prove pivotal in clearing a rogue regime, or escalate the war in a region that grows increasingly unstable with each passing day? Synopsis :

Raat Gayi Baat Gayi is a film about three couples and a keen observation on the modern day marriage. Rahul wakesup with a bad hangover after a party the night before.

There he had met a sexy young woman- Sophia. They got drunk and there were sparks flying. But Rahul dosen't remember what happend after that. Did they... go all the way? His wife, Mitali, is in particularly bad mood this morning, and Rahul suspects that she might know about his little escapade last night.

Rahul starts chasing his night- trying to retrieve it- trying to find out what really happend. His friends Saxena and Amit Are going through their own marritial crises of sorts.

Driven to his wit's end he realizes he must seek Sophia out to restore his Sanity.

Life Partner is a 2009 Bollywood film. The film is directed and written by Rumi Jaffrey. It stars Govinda, Genelia D'Souza, Prachi Desai, Fardeen Khan and Tusshar Kapoor in lead roles. The film is produced by Abbas Mustan.

Synopsis:

Life Partner is a comedy based on the institution of marriage. The film is about three close friends, each one having a different perspective about marriage. Govinda plays a divorce lawyer in the film who doesn't believe in marriage and is a Casanova of sorts. Fardeen Khan plays a character for whom being in love matters most and Genelia D'Souza plays his love interest. Tusshar Kapoor plays a Gujarati who believes in the system of arranged marriage and Prachi Desai plays his Gujarati wife.

Life Partner is ultra sweet and that is the bottom line. If you're looking for a film to sit back and relax on a Sunday afternoon, this is your best bet. The dialogues written by the director Rumi Jaffrey are spontaneous and humorous - especially the ones that Govinda juts out in his own style. The director has captured South Africa beautifully and incorporated the beautiful landscapes correctly into the film. As a director, he scores with a film that works because marriage is such a popular idea and topic to debate; especially now because of the "quick divorce" schemes that seem to be making the rounds. However, the climax is a real big "blah" to the otherwise funny film. Clearly Rumi was trying a tad bit too hard, which was really not required and instead should have kept his steady momentum going.

Acting wise, all the actors have come out with performances they could easily be proud of. Govinda is his funny-self as the lawyer who has the most amazing one-liners and expressions to match it. No one else could have pulled off the part of Jeet like Govinda and he fits into a tailor-made role like magic. Another head-turner is Fardeen Khan. The actor has really evolved. Not only does he look so-so good but has totally played the part of the ambitious husband. Tusshar Kapoor as the typical Gujarati boy who doesn't take a step without mummy and papa's permission is clean and charming. Genelia D'Souza is hilarious and some times over the top. Prachi Desai is a good find although she did look a bit uncomfortable with Tusshar in a few scenes. Anupam Kher is apt.
