Raajneeti Movie Review-Cast-Crew-Synopsis-Online

Cast :
Ajay Devgn, Nana Patekar, Ranbir Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Arjun Rampal, Katrina Kaif, Manoj Bajpai, Sarah Thompson, Darshan Jariwala, Shruti Seth, Nikhila Tirkha, Chetan Pandit, Vinay Apte, Kiran Karmarkar, Daya Shankar Pandey, Jahangir Khan, RAVI KHEMU.

Synopsis :
Raajneeti is a story about Indian politics. About Indian democracy. About Indian elections. Above all, it is the story of a few people who control the destiny of millions. It is the story of their unstoppable ambition, and their bitter and violent battle to achieve it. This is the story of people who understand power and know how to wield it at will.

It is the story of Bhasker Sanyal (Naseeruddin Shah), the fire brand leftist leader, as feared for his single handed ability to challenge the most powerful of leaders as he was respected for his political integrity. Until one private mistake of his hurtled him into a self imposed exile and spawned a secret consequence that shook the destiny of the political future of the state.

And of Sooraj (Ajay Devgan) who rose from the backward classes with anger in his heart and leadership on his mind. And yet, his destiny could never overcome the tragedy of his birth, trapping him in a terrible dilemma where his loyalty to his friend threatens to destroy his own family. Of Brij Gopal (Nana Patekar), who shunned every political ambition even as he continued to mentor and guide the younger generation of leaders while the battle got bloodier by the day. It is the story of Prithvi Pratap (Arjun Rampal), heir to a powerful political legacy and impatient to seize the top position. A man with a heart of gold but who is all brawn.

A man whose uncontrollable passions bring his family to the brink of political extinction. And of Veerendra Pratap (Manoj Bajpai), whose lunge at the throne was thwarted even as he was within striking distance of it. A man who believes he was born to rule, and who will now stop at absolutely nothing to claw his way back to the top. Of Indu Sakseria (Katrina Kaif), the princess – beautiful, passionate, arrogant. She had only one all consuming love. Little did she know that her personal happiness was dependent on the changing electoral fortunes of her love, and that even a slight shift in the faultlines of political negotiation would cause a devastating earthquake in her personal life.

And yet, this spirited never say die diva rose from the ashes of her tragedy to challenge every contender, over turning the political future of the state. Of Sarah Jean Collins (Sarah Thompson), who came from one of the bloodiest and most violent places on earth. Who escaped from there, bruised, hurt, and fell in love with a soul mate who shared a similar legacy. And her abhorrence for it. And yet, when he was sucked into his destiny, this innocent bewildered girl’s private world was thrown asunder. And, it is the story of Samar Pratap (Ranbir Kapoor), the ultimate outsider. The apolitical conscientious objector, who got reluctantly sucked into the battle ravaged arena of family rivalry.

Only to turn into a master of the craft of political warfare. It is the story of the woman that he loved, and the one that loved and lost him. It is the story of his determined and fierce fight to protect his family. Of the bloodiest of final battles in a war alien to his character. It is the story of a man’s descent into the moral hell that is Indian politics. It is the story of a fiercely fought election campaign, where money power and corruption are the accepted norms, and where treachery and manipulation are routinely used weapons.

As the personal drama of these conflictridden characters unfolds against this gritty backdrop, love and friendship become mere baits, and relationships get sacrificed at the altar of political alignments. The darkness that rises from their souls threatens to envelope all that they hold precious. Until eventually, in the crescendo of increasing violence, the line between good and evil blurs, making it impossible to distinguish heroes from villains. Raajneeti is the story of Indian democracy. And its ugly underside. It is about politics. And beyond.

Paathshala Movie Review-Cast-Crew-Synopsis-Online

Paathshala Movie Review, Paathshala Movie Cast, Paathshala Movie Crew, Paathshala Movie Synopsis, Paathshala Movie Online.

Cast :
Nana Patekar, Sushant Singh, Ali Haji, Shahid Kapoor, Ayesha Takia, Swini Khara, Dwij Yadav, Avika Gor, Nassar Abdulla, Sanatan Modi, Vicky Ahuja, Preeti Kopikar, Anjan Shrivastava, Sunny Singh, Shraddha Arya, Chetan Motiwala, Rishabh Jain, SAGAR KALE.

Synopsis :
Teaching is a noble profession. But does it hold true today? Hasn't education succumbed to modernization as everything else, which is ruled by commercialization and consumerism in this age of rat race? We read in the newspapers about students being bogged down under study pressures, parents burdened with fees hikes, teachers punishing students inhumanly, some students even dying in such cases or some committing suicides… what state of affairs have we brought our education system to? Paathshala tries to answer many such questions related to the sanctity of today's education system.

It sheds light on the shortcomings and wrong doings in today's schools where the high morals and basic ethics associated with the teaching profession seem to have taken a back seat. It's shameful that even schooling has fallen prey to the pressures of competition and the vices of money making mantra. Paathshala attempts to challenge such notions that threaten our children's future and thus our society. The story begins with a new English Teacher Rahul Prakash Udyavar (Shahid Kapoor) joining Swaraswati Vidya Mandir school, situated in the outskirts of Mumbai Suburbs.

Though he strikes instant rapport with students and teachers alike, he realizes that there is something amiss in the school. Slowly his doubts prove true as the School Manager Sharma (Saurbh Shukla) makes many monetary obligations compulsory on the parents in the name of extracurricular activities. He goes to the extent of punishing the students inhumanly when the new unjustified demands of the school are not fulfilled by the parents. When Rahul Udyawar unifies the teachers (Ayesha Takia, Sushant Singh, Kurush Deboo) against the atrocities of school management, the Principal Aditya Sahay (Nana Patekar) defends the management decision.

This comes as a shocker to the teachers as Mr. Sahay is known for his dedication as an educationist for last 32 years which has built the school's high reputation. The situation becomes graver as school management becomes overambitious with its growth and involves media planners in the extracurricular activities. This demands the involvement of students in TV reality shows and many other media PR activities used for building up the school image in public which starts reflecting on the students' stress levels.

The pressure on young minds increases incredibly leading to unexpected and grim consequences. Caught in the web of commercialization and internal rebellion, the school's situation becomes so explosive that it finally becomes a national issue. Paathshala challenges the increasing immoralities and unethical practices in our education system. It analyses intricately the relationship between students, teachers and the education system with sensitivity and sensibility… It reflects the true spirit of an education system. PAATHSHALA An Urgent and Desperate eye opening Mission for our Education System today.

She said that back in April 2009 in Film City, Phoolbanoo’s picture has been clicked along with her family. But she requested them not to disclose her photographs as she is a religious veil-wearing woman.

When I was just 18, I lost my first love. My childhood sweetheart since the age of 13 died of cancer,' he wrote on his Twitter page.

Aamir Khan turns 45 on Sunday

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan turns 45 on Sunday, March 14. Though he’s never known to throw lavish parties, this year there won’t be even a low-key private celebration.

“I will not be celebrating my birthday this year,” Aamir told a news agency without specifying the reason. But it’s clear that the actor is still bereaving the death of his father Tahir Hussain last month.

Rather, on Sunday Aamir will be in Delhi to attend a conclave where he’ll be talking about the future of cinema on the same platform with Hollywood director James Cameron, the maker of the mega-blockbuster Avatar.

Throughout 2010, Aamir is going to be busy with his three in-house productions - Peepli Live, Dhobi Ghaat and Delhi Belly. Of the three, he stars in only ‘Dhobi Ghaat’.

Speaking about his criterion of choosing films, Aamir said: “I am attracted to scripts that move me emotionally and when you have such stories to tell, it doesn't matter how unusual it is, people connect to it... I've no idea what audiences want. I only have an idea about what I want.”

Aamir Khan has pulled the brakes on his career

After enjoying one of the biggest successes of Indian cinema, Aamir has pulled the brakes on his career.

Currently he is only focussed on his wife’s directorial debut, Dhobhi Ghat, and his next production Peepli Live. Soon after that all his attention will be on nephew, Imran’s Delhi Belly.

So dearies, chances are that we won’t be seeing AK in a full-fledged role till 2012. Hmmm... suddenly ‘all izz not well’ with your fans, AK. C’mon, you can’t do this to them, yaar.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan arrest another big catch

The terror jigsaw is becoming clearer with the arrest of Salman, an operative of the dreaded Indian Mujahideen. He has echoed the statements of the security agencies who said the IM benefited the most from the heat that was on the Lashkar-e-Toiba.

Salman, being interrogated by various agencies, told the police that the IM had planned to "come back with a bang. He said they were plotting to undertake more attacks in India, but had slowed down in their process for the want of manpower.

A core team of the Indian Mujahideen had been arrested last year following a series of blasts that rocked the country. Sources told Salman is being questioned about the Pune blasts and also on where all the recruiting of new cadres is taking place.

During his interrogation, Salman further went on to state that he had joined the IM in 2005. At that point of time the outfit was just being built and none of the Indian agencies had a clue about the outfit.

He says the SIMI had split into two factions, the moderate and the non-moderate one which was headed by Safdar Nagori. He also said that the IM had branched out of the Nagori faction of the SIMI.

The Intelligence Bureau says Salman is a big catch. He knows a lot of the inside working of the IM and he has been playing an active part in its activities. His name had first cropped up during the Batla House encounter. He had, however, managed to give the police the slip along with his other accomplice, Shahzad who too is in the custody of the Delhi police.

Salman was barely 16 when he joined the IM. Given his age, he was nicknamed Chotu and he has been a trusted aide of the outfit. He was in the know of all the serial blasts, but is alleged to have played a major role in the Delhi blasts.

He says during his interrogation that everything was going well for the IM until the arrests the previous year. The IM had used technology to the maximum with its IT module and in the years to come was planning on more spectacular attacks. He said that the shortage of manpower became a problem and they were finding it hard to get dedicated people. However in the past 6 months, the IM had gone on a spree recruiting cadres.
