Priyanka is wonderful: Kangana Ranaut

Priyanka is an amazing girl and wonderful to work with. She is among the most hardworking people I have come across. So genuine, kind and humble, she always treated me like a younger sister.


Kangana Ranaut started off with Gangster which fetched her two Filmfare awards – Best Debut and Filmfare Fairever Fresh Face of the Year. Having made an early start, the lady would have never thought that the fast moving journey would get her so much in such short time.

The actor recently bagged the Filmfare trophy for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Female) for Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion , she is all praise for the role, character, storyline, co-stars and the director. Stating that it wasn’t an easy role to play, since she didn’t connect with the character at all, the actress says that’s what actors are meant for — ‘to take up roles that are challenging and give you a scope to perform outstandingly’.
